Intense blue crystalline mass of Bojarite to about 2.5mm with azur blue acicular crystals of Chanabayaite. The Chanabayite cannot be seen in the photos, but it occurs randomly in little groups. I believe the matrix to be Halite. The specimen is sealed in a plastic box, otherwise it will dehydrate. It is rare even at this locality, which is the type locality.
The mineral was published in 2020 and was awarded 'Mineral of the Year' by the IMA-CNMNC in 2020.
